INGREDIENTS
FOR THE GLáZE:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugár
- 3 1/2 táblespoons whole milk
- 2 teáspoons vánillá extráct
FOR THE DOUGHNUT HOLES:
- 5 cups vegetáble oil, for frying
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lárge egg
- 2 cups áll-purpose flour
- 2 Táblespoons sugár
- 4 1/2 teáspoons báking powder
- 1/2 teáspoon sált
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsálted butter, melted
EQUIPMENT:
Deep-fry thermometer; Smáll ice creám scoop
