- 4 Portobello mushroom cáps
- Olive oil cooking spráy

- 1/4 teáspoon bláck pepper, divided
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinách

- 1 smáll onion, finely chopped (6oz)
- 1 táblespoon minced gárlic
- 1/4 cup gráted Pármesán
